Second set of ideas. Thought I'd fiddle around with Photoshop, using a new approach: merging sets of letters together with my chosen image.
Thought I'd try convey the ideas of my haiku into this composition. Having the letters stuck onto the portrait, in my opinion, represents the emotions being stuck onto the person. Everything is black and white, with 'negativity' devouring away at the subject. I implemented the bright title of 'The Guide' to show that there is 'light' in this dark hole. That 'light' is the source of 'Direction'. Hence, leading to my main theme: 'Direction'.

"From across the lake, Past the black winter trees, Faint sounds of a flute."
