Creating a poster, as part of the first poster, in Assignment one. Consisting of geometric shapes, used to convey repetition movements in the poster. Utilization of contrast, black and white, colour schemes are present in the poster.

Using a black permanent marker, a ruler, and a cup to draw out my circles.

Haiku:

From across the lake,

Past the black winter trees,

Faint sounds of a flute.

(OW, 571)

I was trying to convey the idea of "Direction" in this poster. By applying a repetition of circles, mashed into one another, as well as having triangular shapes at the end. Overall, the composition reveals an arrow, like an indicator, thus relating back to my theme of "Direction".
